Pisa, 6 December 2011 –WiTech presented at AfricaCom 2011 WiTech OSS/BSS Suite, a comprehensive set of engines and applications that empowers multi-vendor, multi-technology wireless and wireline xSPs with effective tools to address the challenges of today's market. The WiTech OSS/BSS Suite consists of the following components:

• WROP|AAA is an AAA (Authentication Authorization, Accounting) system built around a fully-compliant RADIUS server. It enables service providers and fully networked enterprises to centrally manage AAA functions for their network subscribers and users.
• WROP|ASM is an access and service management platform built on the WROP|AAA foundation. It delivers advanced features for network access control, subscriber management, service definition and provisioning, direct and indirect sales channel management, and support of prepaid and postpaid accounts.
• WROP|Billing is an add-on module of the WROP|ASM platform implementing all key functions needed to issue and manage invoices.
• WROP|Wi-Fi is an application built on top of the WROP|ASM platform to deliver managed Wi-Fi public hotspot and enterprise services.
• TelcoGIS is a web-based, integrated GIS, tailored to support service providers in making better decisions, improving operational effectiveness and increasing sales through better customer service and planning.
• TR-069 ACS streamlines and simplifies the entire service life cycle of broadband devices from their deployment to their on-going management and support.
• Operation Support Portal is a single, easy-to-use integrated portal, devised for operational people to perform key daily activities leveraging the WROP, TelcoGIS and TR-069 ACS systems.

These modules, alone and combined together, enable the construction of highly cost-effective and flexible solutions tailored for each service provider’s business requirements and helping them creating, delivering, monitoring and charging the services that customers are buying today.
