Informative report to the senses of Art. 13 Law 196 30 June 2003 “Code for the protection of the personal data”.

In observance of what the Law 196/2003 foresees, we are providing you the necessary information for the aim and treatment of personal data, as well as their communication field and their spread, to the nature of data we have at disposal and of their assignment.

Aim of data treatment: personal data are collected with the aim at providing for the fulfilment connected to the economic activity of the company and particularly as an instance, for the fulfilment of the contractual liabilities (such as providing relationships, sale relationships, professional mandates, as well as relating modifications or records), fulfilment of the legal obligations (such as for instance invoicing, record and compulsory accounting contracts and fiscal declarations), requests of economic information with the aim at valuing the solvency of an undertaking and for probable dossiers connected to the credit insolvencies.

Mode and security of the data treatment: personal data will be treated by the support of information and telecommunication tools taking all information security measures indicated by the Law to protect and guarantee the confidential nature of personal data and to reduce, as much as possible, the danger of the abusive access, theft and of the modification of personal data.

Communication and spreading of data: personal data can be communicated to external subjects who have specific roles for the company (accounting, budget, fiscal fulfilment) to the officers in the company who are in charge of administrative and commercial activities, to the bank institutes for the management of takings and payments deriving from the execution of contracts, to subjects who can access to these data as provision of the law, in the anonymous form of scientific or statistical research. Personal data can be put at disposal of our Company as well as by external companies connected to it, only for sending administrative, commercial and promotional deriving from our activities.
